@officialokffa: What if mushrooms could help solve some of the world's biggest waste problems? 🍄🌱 Cierra Collins of the Frederick FFA Chapter took that question to the national scale in the National FFA Prepared Public Speaking contest! During Session 3 of the 99th National FFA Convention and Expo, Cierra placed second nationally! Through her speech, Cierra is exploring how fungi can help break down pollutants, improve soil health, and provide innovative solutions to everyday challenges. For Cierra, public speaking is about more than delivering a speech. She says it's an opportunity to share the importance of agriculture while building confidence, communication skills, and experiences that will prepare her for the future. #FFA26 #OKFFA #FFA #NationalFFA #FFAPublicSpeaking
