Cook: Pour the batter into a non-stick skillet over low heat. Flip once bubbles form on the surface and cook through. Assemble: Slice the giant pancake in half horizontally. Spread a rich layer of chocolate spread over the bottom half, pipe pastry cream around the edges, and load the center with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips.
