Sometimes the long holds were a glitch or being held for an extended time for someone shopping in person. The AI thing is new. You can call and say you’re trying to buy a piece and it’s been on hold for x amount of time. Sometimes they’ll release the item for you if they can

Ok heard. But the long holds are items that are in the actual stores being held for customers. Sometimes the hold is an error in pricing that gets flagged immediately.

I saw her vid. Stuff like that, is infuriating and I hope either TRR prevents this from happening or takes away the hold feature b/c like you said, it will make actually buying, impossible. I too enjoy window shopping on TRR. I guess, time will tell. 🙏🏻🤞🏼
