The critique is that those hospices had terrible conditions(inadequate pain management and severely unsanitary conditions) that caused unnecessary suffering, and that she didn't care because suffering brings people closer to Christ. And she received a ton of donations that could have made those conditions better.

I have lived and worked with the mother Theresa's Sisters of Charity in one of their Hospices. They are great people. They don't have a lot of money, but they fed dying men, women , kids and even babies. I worked in the nursery section. Even dyjng babies got to be fed, held, and loved

I visited a formation house of the Missionaries of charity here in the Philippines and iam speechless on the amount of work they do. They take care of a lot of children who were abused and left by their parents because of their special needs. The sisters were so kind too and I joined them in prayer and I got to meet the children. I saw the smile in their face and I saw the sisters love for them. In their chapel, right beside their Crucifix it says "I thirst"

Mother teresa was a kind heart just because u don’t understand compassion and love for humanity and Jesus doesn’t mean there aren’t good people willing to sacrifice everything for humanity and dedicate their life to Jesus. Not everyone we idolise is bad
