@kendraworth: #STITCH with @jenmariegreer 💤✨ I hope my advice is welcomed because I have seen so many of your sleep struggles come across my fyp! Truly feel feee to take it or leave it, but so many other moms are in the same boat & I am here to help My methods are responsive & attachment-based, but that doesn’t mean a toddler won’t cry at all. That is how they express themselves and crying itself is completely fine, the important thing is that parents respond and eventually regulate them. If you are still nursing or lying next to your toddler initially/at each waking, that is going to prevent them from sleeping through the night. You need to gradually and supportively get them to fall asleep in their bed with no nursing and no touching until they are content to fall asleep on their own—because that’s when they’ll start connecting their cycles independently over night! I fit as much as I could into this video, but I have so many more hacks and tips for setting your toddler up for success in my full toddler sleep class! You can head to the link 🔗 in my bio or hhsleep.com to grab it for just $55! #toddlersleep #babysleep #sleeptips #momtok How to get a toddler to sleep Toddler not sleeping Toddler sleep advice Kendra worth toddler sleep advice How to night wean a toddler No-tears sleep training Attachment parenting

Thing is she doesn’t enforce the boundary she still bf for comfort which is totally fine but her daughter won’t sleep bc she doesn’t enforce it. It’s been going on for months haha I just have to ignore her videos now

I think it’s important to note with this creator is that the toddler shares a room with her school age sister. So Jenna has to quiet her down quick as to not wake the sister

this is great advice, I see so many parents working against themselves inadvertently by just not staying consistent.

Also call me crazy but maybe baby isn’t ready for a bed like that. If she could walk around in a crib she’ll eventually fall sleep

Just a suggestion. Let her learn to go asleep without you. Hard yes. I get it. She is going to cry if you are there when she goes to sleep but you’re gone when she wakes up.

my son is 2 years old and still wakes up 3 to 4 times a night and requests a bottle. do you think putting the ripple covers over the bottle (amd kind pushing the tip in) could work as well? 🤔

All I know is consistency is key. You stick by the boundary and hold strong. You gotta fight the fight until they understand and figure it out.

I NEEDED THIS!!! Starting the pasties TONIGHT for my 20 month old! We’re getting her a Yoto for Christmas. Do you leave it in the crib for them to use independently if they want to overnight?

I need to figure out how to get rid of the fight phase my daughter puts herself to sleep but she has to cry for 5-10 minutes. She won’t let me rock her and we don’t do bottles to sleep anymore because of teeth. And if I’m in her room she cries harder. And she isn’t screaming crying just faint cry’s and whines. But for Grandma who does exactly what I do no crying

My daughters bedtime is 8pm and she wakes at 8am naps 12-1:30/2pm she wakes up every night usually anywhere from 1 hour up to 3 hours between midnight and 4am. She’s 21 months and i can count on 1 hand the times she’s slept through the night. She has a water bottle in her bed is she get thirsty she drink a cup of milk before bed and she has always put herself to sleep we just lay her down in her crib put her blanket on and say night night and leave the room…. how do i get her to sleep through the night 😩
