Hair relaxer is actually so much better than keratin treatment. It make your hair so much cleaner and removes all the frizz and puffiness permanently not like keratin treatment. Especially at home keratin treatments are not as strong enough and your hair will go back to the normal or worse texture after a few weeks to months. I tried both and no base hair relaxer will make your hair extremely nice. Keratin treatments are just not as strong enough and hair relaxer actually permanently change the molecules of your hair which will make them very nice and soft and remove nearly all frizz. So please if you want to improve your hair try hair relaxer and not keratin

You're really right I have 3b but I did a textured and went from 2b, literally my appearance improved a lot. Having 3b-3c is being nerfed by your hair

You don’t need to do this what worked for me was to stop using shampoo and only use conditioner and use a leave in conditioner after the shower

I did the exact same treatment and after a few days my hair looked the exact same as before. I have thick curly hair and did 380 degrees and around 7 passes. Any tips?
