She was diagnosed with conjunctivitis in both eyes, with a possible differential diagnosis of acral lick granulomas affecting her paws. Prescribed Gentocin (gentamicin) ophthalmic drops, 2 drops in both eyes twice daily for 14 days. Please be aware that all euth animals need a hold by 1PM. If you want to help, please be proactive do not wait! If you’re interested in a pet and live out of state, I encourage you to reach out to your local rescues to see if they pull from Texas shelters. I receive the euthanasia list from the shelter between 1–3PM, and the deadline to save the listed dogs is 1PM the following day.
