I've never tried this device so I can't think of the equivalent. I just know that on the first day of my period, I hurt so much that I vomit. And yet I'm the type of person who doesn't take a painkiller for the slightest injury. I gave birth without an epidural. The last time I also had to be stitched up without anasthesia and when I was little, I broke my arm and my parents didn't realize it until the evening. So well, I think I'm pretty badass about the pain.

now try passing gas or a number 2 whilst in pain ... and try eating and drinking the right things to help oh and wear a pad and put some slime in it 🤣 🤣 ok I dont recommend that but yeah its all just one hell of a a huge no and we are mesnt to just be ok with them because its part of us 🤣

Hahaha. Try taking care of two small kids and go to work while having endometriosis and adenomyosis. In the end it was like giving birth every month. I eventually removed my uterus tho and turned out my uterus had attached itself to my bladder which of course caused me even more pain. 😅 Og it’s so much fun being a woman. 😂😭

Also remember a lot of us are going through this starting at 11ish years old and have to sit in class and pretend it’s not happening. 😏 by the time we are adults we have made it into an art form. Thanks for trying to understand.

I used one of these in the hospital to prove that I wasn't making up my period pain ( I havd stage 4 D.I.E endometriosis and Adenomyosis) and I got to level 15 and was just sitting there. the dr tried it on himself and hit the floor 😂😂😂
