@70s.memory.lane: 🎸 Fact #22 🎸 Talk about bargain-bin brilliance! Did you know that Francis Rossi bought his famous green Telecaster secondhand in 1968 for just £75? He drilled a hole straight through the body for his cable, painted it with furniture paint, and played that same axe on hit after hit for over 45 years!  And as for their massive 1975 smash "Down Down"—Rossi claimed the chugging riff hit him out of nowhere while sitting on the toilet at home, prompting him to run out and grab his guitar before he even washed his hands! Gross, but absolute genius!  What's the best bargain gear find you've ever come across? Let us know in the comments! #StatusQuo #ClassicRock #FunFacts #70sMusic
