@everyday.upgrades.uk: Numan, we need to have a word about your packaging! 😂 My thumb is working overtime here! So, what exactly is glucomannan? 🌱 Glucomannan is a plant-derived, soluble dietary fibre extracted from the konjac root. This Numan food supplement comes in capsule form, with 180 capsules per bottle. It’s an interesting ingredient to learn about, particularly how soluble fibre interacts with water. 💧 As with any fibre supplement, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and take it with plenty of water. #Glucomannan #Numan #KonjacRoot #SolubleFibre #dealdrop
