It will be ok…us ladies in our 60s were not allowed to have this and suffered in silence and made it!

Low dose of estrogen pellet is the way to go! Insurance doesn't cover but it's worth it. About $375 for 3-4 months. Slow release and don't have to worry about stickiness, absorption, etc.

What’s crazy is HRT has always been safe and effective and women should have demanded better menopause care for the last 24 years since the WHI.

I’m not having a problem but I keep hearing that. Off topic I saw a video with you in it but it wasn’t your voice. I’m not sure if you know about it.

Where do you live? I started taking estradiol patches almost a year ago. I live in the Pacific Northwest in the state of Washington and I’ve never had trouble getting them not one time.

I’ve never spoken to so many pharmacists in my life searching for patches. I finally found a cvs that has them. Fingers crossed the supply doesn’t dry up.

Costco was rationing them a couple of months ago. My doctor prescribes three months at a time, and they would only dispense one month at a time.

See if your insurance offers a mail order service. You get a 3 month supply shipped to you. So easy. No issues.
