![Imagine a world where everyone lived (and fought) in the air. This is what we would make for the CapCut CRE[AI]TE festival. Submissions are open now until August 10th, 2026. The festival is open across four tracks: Film, Series, Creative and Commercial. $200k in prizes for winners across each category. Winners’ work will be shown at a major film festival this year. Submissions must use CapCut’s Video Studio as part of their creative process. If you’ve been exploring AI-assisted filmmaking, this is a perfect opportunity to get your work discovered and highlighted on a large scale. What will you make? ABOUT THE FILM Air Born is a short proof of concept action film that takes place on a world where the lands and seas have become uninhabitable. Radiation from a previous world war has rendered all but the skies unlivable, and even there has become dangerous. Warring factions, power struggles, and dwindling resources have borne rogue armies, air pirates, and private military companies selling security to the highest bidder.
