this is me when my mom asks me to fix something on her apple device. I've never used an apple and will never plan to. Why do their apps save to either onedrive or icloud. Why cant I save to the drive? Why cant I open multiple instances of excel? I have so many questions.

humiliate IT? why would you want to be mean to your life source? the people that can unlock your account, the people who can reinstall your printer when windows freaks out and changes the driver during an update, the team that can upgrade your ram or give you another monitor if your request goes through
