Others feel deeply relaxed, experience a sense of lightness, or finally quiet their minds after carrying so much for so long. ❤️ Some feel emotional. Some feel peaceful. And some simply enjoy a moment to breathe, rest, and reconnect with themselves. 🦋 As a Reiki practitioner, one of my favorite parts of holding space for others is hearing how they feel after a session. Every person’s experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. ✨ You don’t have to experience anything extraordinary for your session to be meaningful.
