It’s happens more inside but you can see sometimes outside but it can seem like an eye in the middle and or back of their head. That’s a visual one. It can be outside but I feel like that is if it’s very strong/developed in you. If you get scared when you’re seeing things and it doesn’t go away that’s when I would consider it being a hallucination. Free will is BIG! We command our space 100%. All of us!!!
