This is Adriatica Village, a Croatian-inspired village tucked away in McKinney, just north of Dallas. And it's easily one of the most unique places you'll find in North Texas. Here's what makes this place so special… ✅ Cobblestone streets and European-style architecture that look nothing like your typical Texas neighborhood ✅ The beautiful Bella Donna Chapel sitting right on the water, which honestly looks like something out of a movie ✅ Restaurants and shops where you can grab a bite and spend some time exploring ✅ Waterfront views, walking paths, and some pretty incredible photo spots ✅ A great place for a date night, a casual afternoon, or somewhere to bring family visiting from out of town And here's the coolest part… The entire village was inspired by Supetar, a coastal town in Croatia. So the architecture, stone buildings, and little streets were intentionally designed to give you that European village feeling. And the fact that this exists in the middle of a growing North Texas suburb is pretty wild. It's places like this that remind me there's so much more to explore around DFW than most people realize.
