@karlacruzbeauty: This year has been so blush heavy for me and I’m not mad at it ONE BIT!! I’ve always loved blush and a vibrant pink liked Loved Up from @Charlotte Tilbury will always be in rotation for me. Ps what I mean by ‘sheer but buildable’ is that pigment might not be super strong right off the bat, but if you want some more intensity, you are easily able to build it up by applying more. When a product is not pigmented, it’s very difficult to build it up at all, no matter how much you put on. I love this (have pillow talk medium) to set my cream blushes without too much pigment.

I love the Saie powder blushes for this reason, they’re a nice medium pigment
