Okay you make the PERFECT amount. There isn’t enough education on this. You should be making just enough for your baby. The women that fill up those pumps are overproducing and probably in lots of pain if they don’t pump

4oz is perfect that’s all I ever pumped during the day (made about 6oz morning and middle of the night pumps) and pumped until 10 months with milk to last me until my baby is one!

Poor the milk in with pump facing the other way that way any that drip from the hole goes in the bottle. Also take out that rubber piece in the front to pour in too! There’s always some drops in there.

I was the same way. A lot of the time it’s bc they are over producers. So Don’t compare too much! I supplement with formula when needed :)
