I think they should emphasize this before the khutbah starts and actually teach us to the masjid community. I’ve been to so many different masajid where the community (esp the sisters side) doesn’t seem to know this 😭 May Allah guide us and help us all Ameen also jazaaki Allahu khairun for actually making a video about this 💖

I’m shocked on how people don’t know that and the fun thing is this Friday the Imam after the prayer literally have to tell people you cannot use your phone during the Friday sermon. The two part of the sermon is part of the prayer. That’s why we pray two workers after the sermon.

I remember mr and siblings were whispering and laughing silently during a Khutba. my teacher told us its forbidden to talk during a khutba anf that we have to remain silent until it is over. we learned something new that day and stayed quiet.
