I had a medication abortion. My boyfriend at the time was supportive of the decision. Even paid for half. And then the day I took pill #1 he got physically violent. The next day I took pill #2 while being bruised and battered head to toe, on top of the emotional confusion and being so sick from the pill. I’ve never been more sure and proud of a decision in my life.

I’m so glad you’re sharing your experience. Thank you. Friendly reminder, please make sure to go to your follow up appt. When I had a medical abortion, I didn’t pass all the pregnancy tissue, so I then had to have a surgical abortion. I don’t mean this to scare, but to inform others to go to your follow up.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I can imagine all the women and girls that will watch this and feel less afraid. I’m also watching the videos of the woman who had an almost 20 pound cyst removed and it’s helped alleviate so many fears as someone who has fibroids and gets panic attacks at the idea of going to the doctor. It somehow feels like 2020 TikTok is back

I can’t lie, for me, I was puking so much and finally I started bleeding after taking the 2nd pill (around 12pm) and the pain was so bad i genuinely thought I was gonna die and not wake up from my nap 💀 and then I started to feel better around like 7ish ?

My husband had to get my vibrating heating pad, I also wore a diaper during mine. I’ve had 3. One to escape an abusive situation, the other 2 myself & my husband weren’t ready & our birth control methods failed 🥲. I’ve given birth & I have endometriosis, my pain was about 2 levels down from those. Like I had a sinus infection ontop of an extremely heavy period 😭
