Nothing is free, do you really think those tariffs are for trade, that 4.7 in tax cuts for corporations and the rich needs to be replaced with money from other places and more debt, also not a dime is being paid to the debt, just adding more and more until they will not be able to borrow anymore and they will have to cut what few programs we have left that people paid into their entire lives…………. I think the Dems thought is if we are giving trillions to corporations who are making record profits then how about some services for Americans, I for one think the Trump Tax plan needs to be rolled back that since implemented paid nothing to debt and contributed to doubling it, 21 trillion dollars, not all spent by Trump but when the goal of the tax plan was tax cuts for corporations/rich then there is no money to run the Gov much less a global event needing to send stimulus and buy vaccines. But our focus should be to focus on paying down the debt that waste 1.5 trillion of a 5.4 trillion tax revenue just on interest and maintain the programs that we have so the elderly and disabled aren’t kicked out onto the street. As far as the fraud they are claiming, sure we need to prosecute anyone stealing but they are not doing that, they only want to eliminate federal funding and push to the states as they make all these claims with few arrest but they turn off billions in funding and just wait to see who complains of hardships but if no one complains too loud, they just keep the money that was allocated as it’s a slick way to defund programs, I still say they term draining the swamp is removing Americans from using social programs. Finally the tariffs are just a tax increase as there is no way and don’t say automobiles to bring manufacturing to America when the labor cost in America is 8 times more expensive than manufacturing countries as they have a lower cost of living plus we currently have 500,000 open manufacturing jobs that no one wants to do…….I am a Republican, retired Navy and voted for Trump in 2016 but saw right away in 2017 that his goal was money and changing the tax code to benefit corporations and the rich adding 4 trillion to debt, tax cuts on credit.
