Dear Tyler, I am deathly allergic to all fish which is a shame because I live in a seaside town which means we cook all sorts of fish dishes and have very cool canned fish. I always feel very left out and often jealous of the people who can have it, but your videos have been such a blessing you're so descriptive about the flavor that it scratches the itch that I have about wanting to try it. you're amazing Tyler keep up the good work. p.s I love learning about all the fish even more! 😆

be careful when trying the pickled pequin peppers. they may be small but they're pretty spicy. or the fresh ones are I don't know too much about them when they're pickled.
