@offlinejapan_official: DestinyAwaken | Chapter 1 | One Cup From the Mother Water 🚣 A small boat crosses Lake Biwa before the day has properly begun. Reiko is twenty-one, her notebook is new, and her first solo assignment leads her toward Chikubushima. 🍚 Shiga's lake culture includes freshwater fishing and funazushi, a fermented fish-and-rice specialty. Those real working traditions give the story's invented dragon-vein magic something practical to protect. Follow the channels, barrels, and hands at work around the water. This opening chapter visits the lake through the people who depend on it, with one apprentice learning how carefully she needs to look. #destinyawaken #shiga #fermentation #lakeculture
