I got a good one Acute severe mitral regurgitation. I've noticed (had my mitral valve repaired) that most surgeon don't like to do them. let's say you don't do mitral valve repairs or some other weird part of the heart. what happens if your the one on call? do you get forced to do em or do you send em to a different hospital

As a flight attendant, I can be on call for a 12hr period and they have to give me a 2hr window to get to the gate. On call can be early morning, midday, overnight. Our blocks of work are 5 days. So I can be called for a 1-day or a 5-day so I have to have my meals and uniforms prepped, bags packed for winter and/or summer. Sometimes you get to pick your assignment flight, depending on your seniority. It’s not saving lives but someone has to do it 😂
