Dry the rosemary and put in a jar. The basil you can put in a jar with some good olive oil or freeze it

Make pesto out of basil. Hang rosemary upside down in garage or basement and let it dry out

Make ziploc of blended basil and olive oil in the freezer. Grab pieces for sauce starter all winter. Basil salt. Ground basil and add salt. Delicious on tomatoes. Stay In a sealed jar in your pantry. I never made it but someone gave me some. I’m sure you can find how to do it on line

The Rosemary is a ever green you can harvest it all winter leave outside cut the top off the oregano plant and dry the oregano will come back in summer. Frease basil in ziplock with paper towels
