Im not a makeup artist, but if i was her & you were kind enough to not cancel for me being late, i would definitely pay you extra without it even being mentioned to me. Your time is important too! So yes, charge her more if she doesnt say it herself.

I think it's reasonable to charge them for being late. let them know at booking that if they're 10 minutes late you charge. you deserve respect and to be paid for your time. don't feel bad
