These comments have me cackling😂 I know some of yall clearly don’t hunt or harvest any of your own food. So you don’t know how much a processor is. But he’s saving them tons of money and it’s not that serious. Plus you know exactly what’s going into your burger!! And those saying go outside…you want your meat ground up with bugs and dirt and debris? 😅 Honestly though, It’s like cooking a meal. You clean up after🤷🏽♀️

my husband and I own a deer processing business! that was A LOT of dried jalapenos for that amount of meat 😂😂😂 1 oz per 10 lbs and 1 lb of cheese per 10 lbs meat. we also use a mild seasoning with our jalapeno and cheese sausage. y'all gonna smoke it?
