• Hawks 128 - Hornets 81
Absolute DEMOLITION. Largest blowout in Hawks franchise history (47 points). Jalen Johnson went for 19/7/8 with lockdown D. Hornets got booed off their own floor in the home opener without LaMelo. Ugly. • Timberwolves 115 - Magic 93
Wolves stay perfect (2-0). Controlled the whole game. Solid team win, Magic still searching for answers. • Bulls 132 - Bucks 125
Comeback city. Bulls trailed early, then Norman Powell (25), rookie Caleb Wilson (21), and Jalen Smith (14 & 13) closed it out. Tyler Herro dropped 34 for Milwaukee but it wasn’t enough. Bulls even the record. • Celtics 107 - Knicks 103
Jayson Tatum was COOKING — 36 points, 9 boards, 7 dimes. Clutched up down the stretch with key buckets and a huge defensive play. Celtics get their first win of the year over the defending champs. Knicks drop to 0-2. • Mavericks 121 - Pacers 105
Kyrie Irving led the way with 24. Mavs spoil Tyrese Haliburton’s home return and overcome an injury to Cooper Flagg. Clean road win. • Raptors 112 - Wizards 102
Scottie Barnes went OFF — 28 points and 14 boards. Solid road victory for Toronto. Standouts of the night: Tatum (36), Herro (34), Barnes (28), Powell (25), Kyrie (24), Johnson (19/8/7). NBA season is already delivering.
