This honestly what happens when everyone does follow the same rules at work. You have employees who don’t care and will give them the bathroom code and the ones that do. This can make a location look racist if you asking the wrong one. My boss store manager got in trouble for accepting a $50 dollar bill from a white customer after all of us told other customers no and a blk customer just so happen to see he accepted it after we told him no. We have a big sign saying we don’t take $50 or $100 bills. His argue ment was he has accepted from other black ppl there’s no proof I know he has when they are regular customers. I’ve seen him do it but still everyone needs to be on the same page and say which employee allowed it and who didn’t so we know which one following rules and which ones not
