Hinthu kitchen Diwali series Traditional Nei Urundai (Ghee Urundai) with QBB Ghee A Deepavali special that brings back the taste of tradition! ❤️ These delicious Nei Urundai are made with rich, aromatic QBB Ghee, roasted cashews and raisins for that perfect festive flavour. A traditional sweet that makes every Deepavali extra special! 🥰 🧈 Ingredients - 1 cup QBB Ghee, melted - 1 packet Nei Urundai flour - Cashew nuts, as needed - Raisins (kismis), as needed - Extra Nei Urundai flour for coating - Extra cashew nuts for garnishing 👩🏻‍🍳 Method **Step 1:** Melt 1 cup of QBB Ghee over low heat. **Step 2:** Add the cashew nuts and raisins, and roast until the cashews turn golden brown. Set aside. **Step 3:** Take 1 packet of Nei Urundai flour in a large bowl. **Step 4:** Add the roasted cashews and raisins to the flour and mix well. **Step 5:** Gradually pour in the warm, melted QBB Ghee, a little at a time, mixing thoroughly until the mixture holds together when pressed. **Step 6:** Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls. **Step 7:** Gently roll each ball in the prepared Nei Urundai flour for a light coating. **Step 8:** Garnish with roasted cashew nuts. ✨ **Tadaaa!
