@channel__195: Lindsay Clancy’s doctors are challenging her medical malpractice lawsuit Lindsay Clancy’s lawsuit against the doctors and hospitals that treated her before the deaths of her three children is moving through the Massachusetts court system. The mental health providers named in the lawsuit have asked a judge to begin a medical tribunal review. This is a process used in Massachusetts to determine whether a medical malpractice case has enough supporting evidence to move forward. Clancy filed the lawsuit in January 2026, claiming that her doctors failed to properly diagnose and treat her mental health condition in the months leading up to January 24, 2023, when she killed her three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan. Her lawsuit says she repeatedly sought psychiatric help and was prescribed several medications, but her condition continued to worsen. Her attorneys argue that the treatment she received contributed to a severe psychiatric episode. The medical providers deny that they were negligent. Some of those same doctors testified during Clancy’s criminal trial, which ended in a mistrial in September after 11 jurors supported finding her not criminally responsible and one juror disagreed. Her former husband, Patrick Clancy, has also filed a separate wrongful death lawsuit against several of the same medical providers. Patrick’s lawsuit claims that the treatment Lindsay received contributed to their children’s deaths. He is seeking damages on behalf of himself and their children’s estates. The two lawsuits are separate. Lindsay’s case focuses on the treatment she received, while Patrick’s case concerns the deaths of their children. The medical tribunal will review the preliminary evidence in Lindsay’s case and decide whether her malpractice claims have enough support to proceed. The allegations against the providers have not been proven in court. #LindsayClancy #TrueCrime #MedicalMalpractice #CourtNews #Massachusetts

Yet you failed to Mention Patrick has the same suit against the docs and facilities as well. Love the Cherry Picking stories Patrick Clancy’s suit (filed January 20, 2026; on behalf of himself and the children’s estates): Defendants: Dr. Jennifer Tufts (psychiatrist, Aster Mental Health), psychiatric nurse practitioner Rebecca Jollotta, Aster Mental Health, and South Shore Health. Core allegation: They misprescribed a “bevy of diverse and powerful medications,” failed to properly monitor or coordinate care, and exacerbated her condition. The complaint states that if they had provided adequate care, “it is more likely than not that Patrick and Lindsay’s children would still be alive today.” It seeks damages for wrongful death, loss of companionship/guidance, conscious pain and suffering of the children, and related harms (reports have mentioned over $1 million
