Macaroni: Cook macaroni according to package instructions. 2. Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F. Warm cream in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through. 3. Sauce: Heat a saucepan over medium heat, then add the butter. Once melted, whisk in flour & cook for 2 minutes, until it bubbles & is a golden color. Pour in cream slowly, whisking until smooth. Whisk in cream cheese & all spices. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Add the 1/2 cup pizza sauce & cheeses, stirring until melted & completely smooth. 4. Combine: Stir the cooked macaroni & quartered pepperoni slices into your sauce. 5. Assemble: Pour your Mac & cheese into a greased square baking dish. Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce all over the macaroni. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups mozzarella over top. Place your extra pepperoni slices over the cheese. Finally, shake some pizza or Italian seasoning over everything. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil until the cheese starts to brown. 6. Garnish: Sprinkle fresh parsley & fresh Parmesan on top.
