TRIAL GUILTY PLEAS AND SENTENCING McCormick maintained a stance of innocence for years, only entering guilty pleas on the first day of his scheduled trial in September. The court heard how his actions left his victims with profound, lifelong trauma, including chronic anxiety and intense flashbacks.
