I feel like this family's problem is fear and it's understandable and sadly each one does what they think is best. From Esme's point of view her worst monster and oppressor is free meaning more trouble ahead. From Eleni's POV she set her mom free. From Adil's POV the man who threatened the lives of the three most important women in his life is free. Just give this family peace. If I were Eleni there's no way I would also let my mom serve prison for a crime she didn't commit after I just got her back. With Esme the sick man obsessed with her is released, a woman's worst nightmare. Adil wanted to kill him, Esme wanted him locked up and Eleni set him free. If this family would just stop and consult with each other instead of going behind each other's backs.
