T4 is converted into T3 by the process called methylation which is B vitamins, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. I’ve been on levo for 20 yrs. I’m trying this methylation process. Wish me luck.

This is nonsense.… just because you feed your body vitamins and minerals doesn’t mean it activates the thyroid. This is a misconception.

I have thyroid 20 years, I don’t understand anything about that disease. The only thing I know is to take my levothyroxine every morning.😏

What is his answer for someone already taking all the B vitamins who still has low thyroid? I already take them, hasn’t changed a thing. Shocking I know.🙄

I had hyperthyroidism and I quit sugar, ate more fibre, cut back on cheap salt and exercised. Endocrinologist was impressed and warned me that it is dormant, it can come back when triggered
