Wait…I made instant noodles FROM SCRATCH?! 🫢🍜✨ From making the noodles to creating my own seasoning mix, this was such a fun kitchen experiment! Labour of love🤣 it’s not hard but the process is long, it takes time tbh🥹 And the secret to getting that delicious, savoury, flavour-packed taste is Knorr Seasoning! @KnorrNigeria 🤌🏽💚 Wallahi that seasoning mix tastes exactly like the one in store bought noodles. SO GOOD. Who knew making instant noodles from scratch could be this satisfying? 😍 Be honest… would you try making your own or stick to your usual packet noodles? 😂👇🏽 Save this for your next kitchen experiment! Stick around for a taste test video😉 #KnorrInEverything #CookUpTheGoodStuffWithKnorr Veggies: Corn Carrots Green onions Bell pepper - Cut into small pieces and blanch (except the green onion and pepper) Dehydrate or sun dry. Seasoning mix: 100g knorr seasoning @knorrnigeria 50g salt 20g sugar 5g chili powder 5g ground black pepper 20g garlic powder - Mix everything together. Oil mix: 100g oil 2 shallots 4 garlic - Fry until just golden. Don’t let them burn. Noodles: 500g flour 5g salt 1 egg 140g water - Knead until you form a ball. Allow to rest for 1-2 hours. Cut and roll. After shaping, steam for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Fry in hot oil on medium heat until crisp. Allow to cool. Package everything with 3 packs of seasoning for each noodle. Enjoy!!! 😉
