My uncle that absolutely love the door will be 99 on October 30. He said my blood pressure stays at 160/92. It Rangers up and down but not much. You get it I’m 63 at 140 Keep your levels number and 85 blood pressure medicine note reaction so I’ve been doing an exercise properly doing appointments and meditate. I will never go on.!! a lot of stress money other than my dear brother and I’m not over with 5”6” 135 pounds!!

below 120/80 because the cardiovascular system operates best there. It’s not a secret. It’s not a mystery, second dizziness and all the other things that you mentioned depend on the health of the individual but somebody like myself that 65 and in perfect health, your damn right I’m keeping my blood pressure in that range.
