Bleigh Street on York - Hatboro, PA Review! I had heard such great things about this locally-owned spot, but I didn’t truly know how good it was until I went for myself. Bleigh Street is owned by an awesome family who prides themselves in the food they make and what they produce. I started with their cheesesteak mozzarella sticks and let me tell you, they were the best mozz sticks I’ve ever had. They were so cheesy and so crispy, just the touch of them had me going NUTS. Now the Honey Money Cutlet wrap had to be my favorite item of the day. It is the first item I went back for in the end. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it is the best wrap I’ve ever had. The chicken was crispy and tender, the avocado paired so well with the bacon and every ingredient was fresh as could be. And the wrap itself was very thin so the highlight was, as I said, the innards. Their cheesesteak was phenomenal, but I think what shocked me the most was their homemade cheese whiz. It was so freaking good, I had to ask for another side to dip everything in it. I am telling you when you go to Bleigh Street you MUST get the cheese whiz. They are also known for their burgers which was loaded to the gills and cooked to perfection. The homemade burger sauce is off the charts. I also tried the Mac n’ cheese bites which were very good and the Big Mac salad which was solid, but those 2 items didn’t shock me the way the other items did. The family who owns and operates Bleigh Street are such amazing people who make everyone who walks in feel like family. I absolutely cannot wait to go back to Bleigh Street - it is well worth the 1 hour drive for me.
