@otfdoll2: UPDATE: According to reports, Kabojja International School owners are seeking approval to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Rainbow International School in a transaction valued at $11 million (UGX48.3 billion). The acquisition, documents show that it will make Rainbow a wholly owned subsidiary of Kabojja, but it will retain its separate legal identity and continue to hold its own assets, rights, obligations, and liabilities. In a merger notice published on Friday, Kabojja indicated that it had entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Rainbow International School. If you didn't know Kabojja International School is owned by Sam Turya (also known as Sam Turayeboreka) and Owek Ahmed Lwasa.
