@cowboylikeavarose: 24.10.06 on this day 20 years ago a 16 year old girl released her debut album, taylor swift. 2006 was the start of one of the biggest careers the music industry has ever seen. the girl who started off in country writing songs in her bedroom ended up a global icon in many different genres. i’m genuinely convinced there’s nothing this woman can’t do. one of the many things i admire about taylor is her strength, even though over the years she faced scrutiny & an unfathomable amount of bullying she turned all that into drive & never gave up on what she loves. her masters were stolen but she fought for them, re recorded them, got them back & quite literally changed the way the industry works, paving the way for other artists. at only 36 taylor became the youngest woman ever inducted into the hall of fame & how can i not bring up the tour of the CENTURY, the eras tour !!! her talent speaks for itself & i can’t wait to see what else the future has in store for this remarkable woman. personally speaking i don’t think i would’ve gotten through some of the worst times of my life without taylor & her music making me feel understood, validated & comforted. when my own world gets too much i can always rely on the world of taylor & for that i’m forever grateful 🥲 thank you for everything tay, you’ll always have my support & i love you beyond words. 💌 #taylorswift #taylorswiftedit #debut #swifttok #foryoupage dts - @luls 𐙚 @cheri @anna (taylor’s version) @𝓜 🪽 @𑣲 𝒜𝓂𝓈𝒾 @̊ ˖ emsy ⋆˚࿔ @𝓔𝓼𝓶𝓮 @taysricochet⸆⸉ @𝓁𝑒𝒶⸆⸉ @freshoutmehehe @ivy⁷⁹ @𝚉𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚢𝚊𝚑˚❀ @myah ᥫ᭡.ִֶָ𓂃 @robin ౨ৎ🪽 @campbell ⸆⸉ ོ @ruby ۶ৎ @jaz
