@ethical.justice: The Constitution prohibits excessive bail, yet people who cannot afford bail can remain jailed before being convicted. The constitutional question is not simply the amount, but whether bail is excessive under the circumstances. #knowyourrights #jail #prison
but also we the peole are supposed to be holding the government accountable for them not following the constitution is why everything is the way it is because everyone got comfortable and thought the government was going to obey what what was put in righting and the foundation of this country so they were able to trick everyone by have two party's rather then one so everyone could be divided and go back and forth and be blind to see what really is going on

for up to 6 months then if you don't agree with the prosecutor you can go back to jail for another 6 months waiting for a hearing and if they still don't agree you can go back what's enough traffic charges unless in the act of a felony should never be heard in a criminal courtroom

if you can't afford to get out of jail, they know they can force you into a plea, they'll just have that second court date in 8 months while you loose completely everything wishing we actually had fair trials, and take it to trial and they're going to make it as bad as they possibly can to punish that choice.

Whats even worse is if they set your bail too low. No bail bondsman will bail you out so you stay in jail for 72 hours. Example: $500 bail, max $50 for a bondsman, they refuse to come out for that low and its illegal for you to pay them more.

If they have a job and commitments, which can be proven, it’s never a problem

Just cause u can’t afford it, doesn’t mean it’s excessive! It’s based on the crime u committed. Don’t want to have to pay bail? Don’t commit crimes. Pretty simple actually!

Yeah the system is a joke. They claim you are innocent until proven guilty. Okay well if I’m innocent then why do I have to pay bail or sit in jail?

I have always thought the system works. Almost everyone arrested is guilty of something anyways. Sure there are a few people who were obviously innocent and railroaded (Trump for example) but that is unusual.

Do you really think that racist white trash really care about the Constitution? They say they do, but only under certain circumstances.
