It's hell. It is living hell. I'm sitting here with palpitations, dizziness, one minute you're okay, the next you're not. I used to go to the ER monthly. It's just horrible

When I get up from standing or bending over I get major BP drop (77/48 was the lowest) heart races and I get head pressure. Something my ears will also feel full and clogged. Dr said I can get out on midodrine but I’m not a fan. I drink tons of water with electrolytes and Himalayan salt. It’s awful.
