For everyone reading this who has ever felt overwhelmed or on the edge while their baby is crying It's okay to walk away. Your baby will not die because you let them cry for a little while in a safe place. They will not die because you put them in their crib and take a few minutes to calm yourself down. A crying baby is safer in their crib than in the arms of someone who is at their breaking point. It's okay to take a moment, and it's okay to ask for help. ❤️And to the person who shared this, my heart absolutely breaks for you and your little one. No child or patent should ever have to go through something like this. I'm so incredibly sorry. Sending you and your baby so much love and strength. ❤️
