@from.grief.to.str: you may not fully understand what they are carrying. That’s okay. You do not need the perfect words. You do not need to fix them. You do not need to tell them when they should be “better.” Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is simply be there. Listen without judging. Be patient when the grief repeats itself. Let them say the name. Let them tell the story again. Let them have a hard day without making them feel like they are failing. Grief—especially the grief of losing a child—can sit very deep. No one should feel like they have to silence that pain just to make other people comfortable. Be the person they can lean on without having to explain why they’re still hurting. ❤️🩹🪽 #FromGriefToStrength #GriefSupport #ChildLoss #GriefAwareness #BeThere
Grief is meant to be witnessed. Listen and ask questions. Be emotionally present.

Corinna Desario :
Wow true had to take a break from my parents who said you need to stop looking back. I’m warning the death of my 28 year marriage. It’s only been five months. It’s a process. I told him they don’t understand you have the grade through it. You can’t just turn it on and off which you could, but God wants to take you through the pain to refine you.
