I’m sorry to hear that this lady is going through this, it is not ok, especially that she’s got young children and taken all these years to get something done. Maybe I got lucky but any issue of repair or damp I’ve had in my home Newham council have been really good and sorted it out pretty lively. I hope this lady gets it sorted quickly.
