Why I don’t get coffee at Sheetz anymore. Once they got those stupid “fresh grind” machines, it just tastes like hot water…no coffee flavor

Sorry but unless you are emptying those coffee pots every 30 minutes...it sits on that burner and starts to change quickly...and not for the better. An urn simply keeps it hot without applying more heat.

It’s crazy that enough customers probably made a little side comment “I liked the other ones better” and someone was like hey, that’s them telling me something and not just complaining.

better sales because smaller pots = coffee runs out more frequently = fresh coffee made more regularly. coffee in these pots stays fresh up to 1hr you can possibly stretch it 2 hours max and still be warm when drinking but you may get unhappy customers.
