Same thing happened to me with drop shackles I just used heat with blow torch and that worked.

my friend cut holes in the bed and swung then up into the bed to remove the bolts, and then cut the bolts and pounded out what was inside then put in new bolts

Almost the same thing happened to me when I did mine, and then I ordered bushings and new bolts and got sent all the wrong stuff. I just ended up replacing the whole leaf springs. absolute pain in the ass

It took me about an hour and a half on my GMT400. The hour and 10 was on one side because I had no idea what I was doing, but the other side took 20, I think I may have gotten lucky. 😂

Cut the bolt head off then tighten the nut and just keep adding washers when it runs outta threads till it pulls the rest of the bolt out
