@nadegederice: One thing I’m learning is that having a good heart doesn’t mean you have to say yes to everyone. Saying no has always been difficult for me, especially when it comes to family. Yet, I’ve seen how easily others can say no to me. And it got me thinking… why do I struggle to give myself the same permission? I don’t want to lose my kindness, but I’m learning that I can love people without always saying yes. Sometimes, growth means learning to protect your peace without feeling guilty. #selflovejourney
