@donaldjackson6342: Ex-Trump Staffer Alyssa Farah Griffin Reacts to the President Praising a Senator’s Backside on The View The View panelist Alyssa Farah Griffin is reacting to comments her former boss made about Sen. Jon Husted. She is a former member of the Trump White House communications team. At a rally in Ohio earlier this week, Trump said he was “studying” Husted’s body. He said, “I’ve never studied the body of a man before. It’s not my thing. Nothing wrong with it, of course.” He then said Husted’s backside was “like a pile of muscle.” On Friday, Griffin, 37, called the remarks “refreshing” during a Hot Topics segment. “As the saying goes, we’re all a little gay,” she said, as the audience laughed. “He’s just leaning right into it.” She said there are many clips of the president commenting on men’s physiques. She also noted that he did not talk about issues voters care about ahead of the midterms. She named inflation, gas prices, the war with Iran, and corruption. Sara Haines said Trump once admitted he could say the stupidest things and the audience would still clap. Republican panelist Ana Navarro called him “the master of the art of distraction.” She suggested he was avoiding gas prices. She also asked what Republicans would say if Hillary Clinton had said something similar about Kamala Harris. Entertainment Weekly has reached out to the White House for comment.
