I'm bisexual, have lived a very liberal life, consider myself more of a centralist, but have leaned right over the past several years. A lot of left leaning/centralists have leaned right over the years. There's the #walkaway movement that kicked off around 2016 where people started sharing their stories on Youtube of why they were leaning right. I say this to point out that the Republican party is evolving into a mixture of all types of people, which in turn gay, straight...whoever... as long as each person produces positive energy, is a productive part of society...I would assume all are accepted and appreciated.
